Where can I find Alba + Stardust gowns?
Visit our stockists page to find the retailer nearest to you. If there is no stockist in your area, you can enquire about ordering directly from Alba + Stardust.
What is the production lead time?
Our standard production time is four to six months, depending on the style. If you need a gown sooner, your boutique can advise whether the required timeline can be accommodated.
How does sizing work?
We work with standard UK sizes 8–28 and US sizes 4–24. Some styles may be available outside this range. Split sizing and made-to-measure options are available. Professional alterations will still be required for the final fit, and production allows for a tolerance of up to 2 cm.
Can a gown be customised?
Our gowns are made to order, and customisation may be possible. Options can include fabrics, combinations of tops and skirts, necklines, sleeves, train lengths, colours and underlay colours. Please confirm the available options for your chosen style with your retailer or with us directly.
Do you ship internationally?
We courier worldwide through trusted couriers. We recommend trying and ordering through a retailer where possible. If you are not near a retailer, please contact us to discuss direct delivery from our Johannesburg studio.
What is the returns policy?
Because each gown is custom made for its bride, gowns cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the unlikely event of a major fault.
