Our story
From pencil to form.
The Alba + Stardust story began with pencil on paper in 2020. What followed was a patient process of fabric selection, revised sketches, toiles and fittings. The house’s first collection, ODE, debuted in 2023.
Based in Johannesburg, Alba + Stardust is a female-owned and led bridal house designing for the modern bride: an extravagant minimalist who recognises beauty in texture, subtle detail and masterful draping.

Each design begins with proportion: how a line meets the body, how fabric moves, and how a detail changes the whole. The result is bridal fashion with presence, free from excess.
